Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Return
- Email support@baseterrain.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- First aid and medical supplies
- Food and water rations
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
